The New York governor said "there is no way" he would resign and claimed calls for him to do so are politically motivated.
“We need to govern without daily distraction. For the good of the state Governor Cuomo must resign,” said state Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins.
The law will protect the landmark decision in the event that it is overturned by the Supreme Court.
And they're not stopping there.
