All 50 States Now Have a Bullying Law. Now What?

Passing a law is often not enough; resources must be provided to help schools understand both what they're required to do and what they need to do to actually prevent bullying. Senators must consider whether their goal in adding bullying to the ESEA is to simply "send a message that bullying must be addressed" or to actually see reductions in bullying.
