Thirty years ago! Scary! Yet inspiring. (Certainly most millennials I encounter are ripping off that era as fast as their iPad-laden hands can grab.) For your pleasure and edification, I was there (and then), and I reflect.
This summer I was invited to the set of a new Nickelodeon TV show called The Haunted Hathaways. On a very hot weekday I schlepped from the valley to Paramount Studios where I sat down with veteran actor Ernie Hudson to discuss the new series.
As you can see from my picture, I am a white guy. Not even a cool white guy. I'm the white guy that black comedians do impressions of. And as you can imagine, like most white people, I do not see your movies.
