Once you've found something you like, you can either dedicate time to just that hobby, or build it into a different part of your schedule and continue exploring new things. Either way, you'll get to spend part of your weekend doing something fun and interesting.

Just a short distance from New York City, the suburbs of Northern New Jersey offer the same perks as the big city without the traffic and crowds. These towns are an easy escape where you can spend a relaxing day shopping, eating, and enjoying great weather outside of the city.
You certainly do not need to restrict this mentality to vacation times. Committing yourself to new experiences, adventures, and intentional FUN does wonders for your body, mind, and spirit -- especially if you're someone like me who tends to keep this at the bottom of the to-do list.
When I work with people, I never consider them working "for" me, or me working "for" them, but "with" me as part of a team. I now understand why I've been met, time and again, with disappointment or frustration.
It appears our generation is becoming more demanding when it comes to holiday destinations. No longer satisfied with the usual haunts, or with sitting by the hotel pool, we are roaming further afield, seeking out adventures and following in the footsteps of offspring who took off in their teens.
