I love Brooklyn eating because it is less crowded and less sceney. It's all about the food. Chef Samuel Beket at Hill Cafe in Brooklyn was such a pleasure.
Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE my churrasco or skirt steak on the grill, but too much meat all at once can be very overwhelming. We really need to come up with better non-meat BBQ alternatives.
The best veggies for the grill are those that stay put on the grill grate, need minimal fussing -- just a light olive oil spray -- and whose flavor is enhanced by grilling.
