For many people, what they see when they look in the mirror is a deciding factor on how they feel about themselves. Having said that, imagine if every time you looked in a mirror, what you saw reflected did not represent who you feel you are on the inside?
We have realized that employing the alphabet soup can be disempowering, as it excludes many people whose sense of identity is fluid. We want everyone to feel as if they are part of our community, not as if they do not count because "their letter" is not there.
