Pat Buchanan has counted up the Jews on the Supreme Court and has discovered that there is just not enough Protestantism on the Supreme Court, thus continuing America's rich tradition of only letting Protestants do just about everything else in American society. "If Kagan is confirmed," said Buchanan, "Jews, who represent less than 2 percent of the U.S. population, will have 33 percent of the Supreme Court seats. Is this the Democrats' idea of diversity?"
