When it comes to recruiting teachers, the odds are in the favor of schools that can pay them. The system forces districts to compete against each other. Naturally, the stronger districts will continue to win. And even worse, this competition will continue to put our children's lives at stake. Sound familiar?
The Hunger Games: The Exhibition takes place in Times Square, which is kind of like the deepest underground bunker in District 13 in that there are too many people, there is not enough space, and literally watching a cat chase a flashlight would be more fun than ANYTHING else that's going on around there.
