Aung San Suu Kyi

The victory gives the National League for Democracy enough seats to elect the new president.
Aung San Suu Kyi's National League for Democracy party is headed for a large parliamentary majority after Sunday's historic elections.
Her victory comes after spending 15 years under house arrest.

It will be the first national election since the country embarked on a transition to democracy.
"I try to push them, to encourage them, to get education, education, education."
