Rep. Jim McGovern said if Speaker Ryan and "his Republican friends" make it harder for families to escape poverty, McGovern would fight him.
"Where is the public outcry here in Washington?"
The House Democrat is currently serving his eighth term.
They may be too late to stop them.
Well, at least they're negotiating, I guess.
