Racial Profiling
Kevin Moore was in uniform, with a clipboard and fire truck during a routine inspection. Residents called 911 and videotaped him.
The retailer apologized for the incident this week and said it had fired one of the employees involved.
"If you want to see a video of racial profiling, this is the poster child right here," an attorney said.
Black people in America have had to justify our existence in places we’ve had the right to be simply because others rejected us.

"They're walking on their own ancestors' land; it breaks my heart," says the teens' mom. They were pulled aside by campus cops when a "nervous" parent called 911.
“Can’t go nowhere without the cops following me,” said Darren Martin after police received a call about someone “trying to break into the door.”
Plaintiffs contend the law could lead to racial profiling and divert resources from local police.
Some of the hotel chain's Arizona locations also gave information to Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
The falling crime rate has led some defenders of the controversial policy to admit they were wrong.
Motel employees were handing ICE agents their guest lists on a regular basis, the Phoenix New Times reports.
