A graduate student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill has been charged with murder for allegedly shooting a professor on campus.
“You know what back to school season brings us? Memories that our children died a gruesome horrific death and you did absolutely nothing except tell us that ‘it could have been worse.'"
Prosecutors agreed to drop another charge against the woman.
“I got my mom’s gun last night," the child allegedly declared after shooting his teacher at Richneck Elementary School in Newport News, Virginia.

A 17-year-old is accused of threatening to commit a mass shooting at an elementary school across the street from where he lives in San Antonio.
A judge is hearing more testimony at a hearing to determine if the Oxford High School shooter will get a life prison sentence.
