Some claim that you don't see a person's true colors until you start planning your wedding. Most of the time dealing with all of the personalities is much harder than dealing with the actual planning itself. For some reason, I've found that weddings have a way of turning even the most mild-mannered, normal human beings into Gary Busey.
You've all seen the movie Bridesmaids. The tea party bridal shower with the giant cookie, and Kristen Wiig's meltdown scene is the thing that sticks with me the most. Weddings can get extremely stressful for the wedding party, since a lot of the responsibility in making the bride feel special rests on them.
Whose wedding is this anyway? Yours? Yes! Your financé's? Yes. But many others lay claim to the event.Your own parents may see it as their graduation party. Your grandparents may see it as the culmination of their life's work. Your siblings may want to make you queen for a day or share the limelight.
