It was recently suggested to me that I try making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich using peanut butter and jelly Pop-Tarts in lieu of bread. It sounded like an awesome idea, so I headed to the grocery store to buy the ingredients that I needed to make it happen. I ran into a slight problem, however, when the peanut butter and jelly flavored Pop-Tarts were no where to be found.

What I did stumble across though were s'mores Pop-Tarts, so I grabbed a box of those, picked up some marshmallows and Hershey's Chocolate bars, scrapped the original idea and made some S'mores Pop-Tarts S'mores instead!

Making these should be pretty self explanatory, but just in case it isn't here's how you do it:
  • Toast a couple s'mores Pop-Tarts
  • Cut them in half
  • Add marshmallows and Hershey's Chocolate between the two halves
  • Microwave them for 30 seconds
Oh, and I almost forgot the most important step of all... eat your delicious S'mores Pop-Tarts S'mores!

While enjoying these you'll also notice two distinct pluses that come from using s'mores flavored Pop-Tarts instead of graham crackers. First, Pop-Tarts crumble WAY less when you bite into them. Second, you get a LOT more chocolate and marshmallow in every bite! It's basically just an all around better experience.

Also, on a somewhat related note, I have no idea who originally came up with the idea for flat marshmallows, but bravo to whoever it was! Making s'mores has never been so easy!
