Nobel Prize-winning economist and NY Times columnist Paul Krugman spoke with MSNBC's Chris Hayes on January 27, 2013. In this clip, Krugman gives his prediction on what President Obama can accomplish in the next four years with a Republican majority in Congress.

"I have a hard time, I'm not sure what else he can do. There may be things he can do through executive orders...I don't have a lot of grand visions for these next four years."
