92nd Street Y and Comedy Central's Indecision The Unconvention took place on September 9, 2012. Among many great comedy acts, comedian Connor Ratliff gave his case for becoming president of the United States. Ratliff's case is simple--the United States Constitution says you must be at least 35 to run for president, and he is 37. Connor points out that the founding fathers specifically suggested nominating and electing a president in his or her 30s, yet we keep electing presidents in their 50s, 60s and 70s.
