America's Socialist President seized a valuable moment to address the students of our great country recently.
As part of his secret leftist agenda he irresponsibly encouraged students to study hard, set goals, accept personal responsibility and "get serious this year.''
Thankfully conservative parents stood up to the President and accused the White House of trying to indoctrinate their children with a political message.
"I thought it was incredibly inspirational,'' one politically brainwashed senior said. "I don't think it's really sunk in yet that the President of the United States came has come here and spoke to us.''
Cleverly Mr. Obama steered clear of overt politics in favor of the personal story about how his mother awakened him at 4:30 a.m. to study when the family lived in Indonesia and she could not afford to send him to the American school. Socialists like the President talk about their ongoing "poor me" leftist political stories that are repeated over and over again.
Fortuitously several blocks from the school where Obama spoke, a handful of brave and concerned protesters stood on the sidewalk holding hand-painted signs. "Obamecation. It takes the Village Idiot,'' read one. "Obamacation Dumbing Down Students," said another. They of course were doing "the right thing" as Obama was doing the wrong thing.
Another leftist, a spokeswoman for the Arlington County school district, said there was very little uproar among parents. "I don't think anybody viewed this as having a hidden agenda.'' I expect that this spokeswoman supported the socialist remarks of the President.
This school is actually challenging each of its students to take Advanced Placement classes. It is not the role of the school to do this. This infringes on the proper role of the parents.
Sadly another socialist sympathizer said that he was not paying attention to conservatives' complaints. "Honestly, that kind of stuff is like water off a duck's back.''
It is unimaginable to me that any responsible American would be willing to ignore the justifiable complaints made by real Americans about a speech made by the President of the United States to young people that obviously attempts to convert them at an early and impressionable age to Socialism.
Congress needs to pass a law that would preclude the President from directing remarks at those impressionable people who are under the age of 18.
This must not happen again.

Were a baseball player to have three hundred at bats, and have 250 hits he would have broken all of the batting average records for major league players.
The Socialist President of the United States, where there are 300-odd million people with about 250 million of them with some form of health care, consistently whines about those 50 million without health care insurance.
The "health care glass" is far more than half full yet he continues to take issue with the health care industry as well as others for a paltry 15% of our population that is without health care insurance.
We are the richest nation in the world and were we to have any money "left over" we should use it to decrease taxes on the wealthiest Americans or we should spend more money on our military.
President Obama refuses to accept that we have by far the best health care in the world and that we should not be concerned because a trivial part of our population have no insurance.
He should also be spending time promoting a deregulated society that will allow an unencumbered capitalist system to improve our banking, real estate, and health care companies, as well as our educational system.
It took quite a while for a real American President Bush to rectify the transgressions or the socialist President Clinton. He bravely confronted the threats posed by Iraq and taught a lesson to the Afghans where we became involved only seven short years ago.
We trust that President Obama will take military action against Iran ASAP. He also needs to do something about Chavez and Venezuela as well.
All in all, the President has succeeded in moving our beloved country far to the left in only eight short months.
