Nicholas Kristoff in The New York Times calls for a "Truth Commission" to look into the "torture" issue. He presents a series of irrelevant prior situations to support his position.
It would appear to me that a few of our laws as well as treaties have been broken. How complicated would it be to suggest that we enforce our laws, and bring those who violated them to justice?
If members of society in general break the law we do not convene a commission, we call a cop!
