Inner Struggle of Progressive Voters

The debate among progressive voters over whether to vote for the "lesser of two evils" from the major parties or to opt for a more progressive third party option has been long-running. But the rise of Bernie Sanders during the primaries gave many liberals hope that they could finally move beyond this dilemma and vote for a true progressive who is running within a major party. Sanders' mistreatment by the Democratic party and ultimate defeat to Hillary Clinton left many progressives disheartened and reluctant to engage any further in this election.

But the unprecedented danger presented by a demagogue like Donald Trump has arguably made it crucial for the left to get over their disappointment and do whatever it takes to keep the Republican candidate out of the White House. The video above is my take on what I imagine is the inner struggle of progressive voters in this election.
