As a rule, I don't go fanboy for makeup collections, but an exception has to be made for the limited edition Hello Kitty collection that just landed at Sephora. I was a little skeptical at first -- Hello Kitty has been known to play fast and loose with her brand licensing, resulting at times in some poor quality items. But I was won over, first by the sleek, modern packaging in white and silver, and then by the products themselves.
The collection is on the expensive side to be sure, and many of the cosmetics don't offer the color payoff one might expect for the price range. Even so, they're cute as hell and likely to sell out fast.
