I think this is a hugely important race and Tinklenberg MUST WIN! Let's do all we can for the man whose name sounds like peeing in the snow!!!
It is time to take our country out of Romper Room and back into the position of leadership among nations. Calling for witch hunts ain't gonna do it. Besides, Congressman Tinklenberg has a nice ring to it.
Oh, and did anyone notice the similarities between Bachmann and Katherine Harris? Like bookends on an eight year nightmare.

Paul rocks out.
Whoa yo, daammn.....
I love it!
Two years ago when Bachmann ran for the House there was a story in a local MN weekly newspaper that Bachmann's own sibling would not vote for her. What does that say about her?
One of the more comic side effects of GOP smears......
Certainly comic and fun - but we really do need to get our country back under control again.
Power in the People!
Not even from Minnesota and broke but I used up some things in my cupboard and freezer and skipped grocery shopping that week. I made the donation in Paul Wellstone's honor and if the insurance wasn't due this week, I would give more. Let's do it for Paul! Elect Al, too, please!
I grew up in Minnesote, left in '88 and have been embarassed at my old home stae's politics.Paul W. was a GEM!! and when he died it shook Democratic earth. He possibly could have been President at one time. But,what I see happening restores my faith in my Minny and when Al and Elwyn win this will be The Old DFL back in power and relavence.I cant wait for Nov.5th.What a party and I will be donating to the E.T. campaign.VOTE and VOTE OBAMA!!!!!

The reason the Tinklenberg race is so important is it will break the back of RIGHT-WING TALK RADIO.
Think about it. If Bachman looses using right-wing talking points, and McCain and Palin loose using right-wing talking points, what are the chances that Republicans are going to use RIGHT-WING talking points to try and get elected in 2012?
What does that have to do with RIGHT-WING TALK RADIO?
That's where all those RIGHT-WING TALKING POINTS come from. If we can shut them up with FEAR, the same way they shut us down in 2000, and 2004... we would have the same advantage.
And it would take them at least ten years to come up to speed with the real needs of America and past their own TARNISHED reputation.
Send money to TINKLENBERG... now!

Obama-Biden '08
LOSE, please. "Loose" is setting something free, like "let's cut McCain loose from politics and celebrate when he loses the race."
Right-wing talk radio is funded by Rove and other neocon billionaires. One race won't make that big a difference. But a filibuster-proof majority ... THAT would make a difference!
VOTE EARLY AND VOTE ON PAPER -- Diebold vote-fraud machines are already changing votes (see right-hand sidebar at http://www.bradblog.com/?p=6534 )
Great job, Paul.
Enough fear and divisiveness. If the people in that Minnesota district want to elect someone who truly represents ALL of the residents, they will Dump Bachmann.
Even if you're not a Democrat, do yourself a favor. Dump Bachmann, elect Tinklenberg and wait till the next election cycle.

As a Minnesotan, let me say THANK YOU! I'm passing this to everyone I know. We're taking back everyone of our house and senate seats.
I like it , very catchy! Yes, Tinklenberg. Already donated $50 to his campaign last week. Let's go Tinklenberg!!!
I really hope Elwyn wins, but as head of Transportation under Govenor Ventura he stopped the vehical emmission testing that took off alot of polluting cars from the road and our bad air days increased. Thank you very much Govenor Ventura!. And Tinklenberg is not pro choice but that could help him in the 6 district which has alot of antichoice constituents.
Seriously? That's lame. Be sure to push on for better air quality in your state! Even when we get a new administration, new leadership, we need to keep them honest and make sure our voices are heard. Our environment matters!
Not as good as some of your other stuff Hipp, but I got the message.
Still, I'm a fan! GO TINKLENBERG!
Hey Paul,
If you want to take the discourse out of the romper room, you might want to be a bit more careful your in describing the name of a person you apparently now support. I know you want to be "Hipp" and all that but making fun of a candidate's name adds nothing to the conversation. Out here in "flyover land" as you might be expected to say, we try a bit harder to be civil, unless we are Coleman or Bachmann of course. You might want to try it sometime, it feels kind of good.
Good song, but I hope this guy gave some credit to Gil Scott-Heron for the chorus. (For those interested, check out Gil's classic "Johannesburg".)
