Food for Thought: Discover an unexpected side to Momofuku Chef Dave Chang as he discusses failure, food and his passion for the Austrian writer Thomas Bernhard. Reflective and humorous, Chang has not, as Larissa MacFarquar recently wrote in The New Yorker, "permitted even a scrap of pretentious idiocy to stick to him," this despite all his accomplishments: Momfuku restaurants, hyper-cool magazine Lucky Peach published by McSweeney's and his cookbook. Check out this interview with Chang on YouTube's "The Intelligent Channel," and see for yourself.

"Do something, and do it awesome!," Chang says. The man is awesome.
