Due to the continuing ostrich-playing, coupled with widespread toadyism which permeates Washington (by the omission of action of ALL the MAJOR PLAYERS up and down Pennsylvania Avenue, please see my previous blogs series entitled IMF/WB Spring Meetings 2016, Observations of a CSO Rep at the IMF/WB Spring Meetings 2016, starting with The IMF in Denial!); I will continue my scathing revue of the major, and minor players, which are maintaining a status quo of abuses of power and "let them eat cake" mentality within "This Town," in the following weeks as I cover the IMF/WB Annual Meetings 2016.
During the Annual Meetings (starting tomorrow, Oct. 3rd), I will be Phishing for Phools not only amongst the many economists, policy-makers and other "experts" in the IMF and World Bank, but also amongst those who are feeding the dysfunctional matrix by seeking donor funding--with two "persons of interest" at present being Mark Lewis, Director of Global Partnerships within the Institute for Capacity Development (ICD) at the International Monetary Fund (IMF); as well as, Bathsheba Philpott, Director of Institutional Giving at George Washington University (GWU). As explained in my blog Dangers of Demand Driven Capacity Development; Danger of Easy Taxes Without Governance; Taxes, Santa Claus & Denial at the IMF; and Evil Step-Mothers are Supporting the "Penn Ave Quadrant Mafia" (IMF/WB/IFC/GWU); governments will continue to become MORE oppressive, as long as those in power continue to turn a blind-eye to the widespread corruption, negligence, unethical behavior, as well as criminal activity of those within their midst. As seen in these two examples, what is the motor behind the abusive and oppressive behavior (at micro as well as macro levels) is economic empowerment. And, as seen in the case of my wrongful termination from ICD, and subsequent black-listing by IMF HR personnel in THEIR efforts to silence me and marginalize me into oblivion; coupled with my present landlords efforts to extort thousands of dollars from me, with actions of retaliatory and malicious eviction, if I do not "PAY-UP;" ECONOMIC SANCTIONS are THE BEST METHOD OF CONTROLLING PEOPLE. Unfortunately, the money trail to all the development money of the SDGs and MDGs so lauded by the World Bank and IMF, etc. are controlled by the bullies and psychopaths (Donald Trump at the top of the list) in power in Washington, Wall Street, and Silicon Valley.
As my complaint against the IMF for workplace bullying, as well as my wrongful termination from ICD in 2015 for my activism work (on top of my illegal termination from the IMF Family Association (IMFFA) in 2011, by the then Chair, Anne-Beatrix Keller Semadeni, and currently Director of Development at Knowledge Ecology International (KEI), on top of the ostrich-playing by the newly appointed Director of HR at the IMF, Kalpana Kochhar) demonstrates to the world--is that the only concern of civil servants throughout Washington, are THEIR PAYCHECKS-N-PENSIONS AND THE REST OF THE WORLD BE DAMNED TO THEIR DEMISE!! And, this is the message, and example, they are in turn setting for civil servants throughout the world, and why progressive laws and norms are not being implemented. Instead of training civil servants to be honest, hard-working, transparent, and accountable, (and serve their constituency); ICD, and IMF, are "training" civil servants to be dishonest, slothful, stupid, back-scratching, back-stabbing thieves. THE WORLD NEEDS GOVERNANCE, and the IMF (along with their partners in crime, the World Bank, United Nations (UN), International Finance Corporation (IFC), and George Washington University (GWU) who is in cahoots with the Mike Milken Institute, and the Milken Family Foundation) are promoting and encouraging abuses of power at EVERY LEVEL--in violation of their mandates.
One of the reasons that Adrianne Thapa (whose claim to fame is the ability to type 75wpm) whose "game-playing" for decades within the IMF has enabled her to rise to HER LEVEL OF INCOMPETENCE as Office Manager of ICD; is that she is a "PROTECTED MEMBER" of the BULLYING-MAFIA in POWER in "THIS TOWN." Another 'PROTECTED" member of the BULLYING-MAFIA which reigns in "THIS TOWN" is BATHSHEBA PHILPOTT (my present landlord). The address of the property from which I am presently being ILLEGALLY EVICTED BY MS. PHILPOTT, DUE TO HER JEALOUSY OF ME FOR MY ACTIVISM WORK, and having lost 30 lbs. since entering the home; as well as having furnished the living room with paper-mache, artisanal furniture I built this summer as "art therapy"--"art therapy" needed due to all the psychopaths and bullies that have permeated not only my residence, but my work-place for over a decade!! is 4611 N. It should be noted that Ms. Philpott's present extortionist tactics are being PAID FOR BY THE PAYCHECKS-N-PENSIONS OF George Washington University (GWU), my alma mater. And, I encourage journalists to drop by the property in the coming weeks to see for themselves that my furniture (whose inspiration came from the Basilica at Catholic University), and which my landlord wishes to throw into the trash, along with her tenant, who has always paid rent on time, taken care of her home (that the other girls were trashing), and even cleaned the entire house, better than its probably ever been cleaned before!!
Ms. Philpott'sbusiness card reads, Director, Institutional Giving, School of Medicine & Health Sciences Development & Alumni Relations. My question for Ms. Philpott is
"If this is how you treat alumni of GWU, what you would trying to pull on someone who was NOT an alumnus?"
The present manipulations of Ms. Philpott, in cahoots with her lawyer, Kimberly Fahrenholz, are just strengthening my case against GWU for not only their complicity to the dire state of economies around the world (by empowering the likes of Mike Milken, and his band of merry-old-white-haired-men, with "Trump-like" business tactics standard-fare and the status quo in "This Town"), but also due to the ostrich-playing of GWU staffers with the domestic violence, human rights, gender studies, and entrepreneurial initiatives departments, who are playing the same games as found in the IMF, World Bank, State Department, White House, Capitol Hill--and most recently in my story, DC Landlord/tenant court.
The "game-playing" is so bad in DC Landlord/tenant court, one of the employees greeted me the other day, and I responded (honestly) "I am tired of the games!" And, he laughingly replied "Then, you had better not come around here!" I laughed, and responded "I am already here! And, this place is looking at a wicked-ass law-suit!!!" The type of manipulations and illegalities of lawyers and court-personnel within this courthouse is incredible. This court house (along with all of the other court houses around the world) are run like dictatorships with absolute no respect for the law, or human rights standards--with regulators asleep at the wheel!! Judicial actors, can, and are violating the rights of citizens WITH TOTAL IMPUNITY and why societies around the world are "bursting at the seams."
Ms. Philpott is well aware of my pending law-suit against GWU, as well as SHOULD UNDERSTAND how her present actions, including perjury of her lawyer, and falsification of documents, is strengthening my case against GWU, FOR EMPOWERING Ms. Philpott to engage in illegal manipulations designed to oppress citizens, particularly activists. While in her position as Director of Institutional Giving, Ms. Philpott may espouse progressive rhetoric regarding democracies, the rights of women, violence against women, and discrimination against women--her present malicious attempts to evict me through illegal means, shows the true nature of Ms. Philpott. And, just as I have exposed the true back-stabbing, back-scratching nature of Anne-Beatrix Keller, Director of Development at KEI, as well as Adrianne Thapa, Office Manager in ICD, as well as Sharmini Coorey, Director of ICD, the list goes on and, on and, on; I will expose all of the cons and manipulations of Ms. Philpott to the world--even if Judge Michael Rankin, tries to silence and oppress me into oblivion!!
