I saw a Israeli commercial on msnbc, during countdown on yesturday, tuesday, They were looking for support for their war with Hamas. First time I ever saw a commercial for war. Does that count?
Here is a posting on Window into Palestine with a ton of Photos that highlight what you may be looking for. Photo's Gaza Let The World SeeI would suggest looking around this blog for a wealth of information relating to Palestine and get a different perspective with truth rather then that from most of mainstream media and their Zionist/Government agenda.

You said: """Terrorism has a set, definitive and objective definition. And it is applied objectively. You can't just make up your own definition of terrorism and then apply it hysterical whenever you feel the need.."""
so you think that starting a war to win some votes for election isn't terrorism, or the killing of about 630 and wounding almost 2850 people cant be criminal!!!
{{{{{{
It may be criminal... Probably is criminal if it actually happened that way..
But it is not terrorism...
}}}}}
Starting a war on a starved country is acceptable to you?? Please tell me that you have a heart
{{{{{
More than you, obviously..
The country being starved is HAMAS' fault, not Israel's..
}}}}
The fact is that Israel wants to spread from the Nile to the "Forat" rivers.. And Gaza is standing in their way of progress..
{{{{{
Actually, Israel has NEVER started a war to increase their land.. They acquired the land when they DEFEATED the combined armies of the Arabs..
This is fact..
}}}}
I don't know if you knew this information but it is true, I know that it might be sad news for you and I know you might not care about this fact... sorry for the bad news!
{{{{
What you have is not news or factual..
It is Anti-Semitic propaganda...
Michale.....
if you look at the Suez Crisis, you cannot truthfully say that Israel has never started a war to increase it territory. That one, just didn't work.
Not to mention the fact that they have only been attacked first(by a nation or nations) once since 1948. All the others were the result of pre-emptive strikes by Israel, which kind of matches the MO of the Suez crisis. Most, I'm sure were legitimate responses, but..... history has a way of repeating itself.
Could you cite your reference??
I am too lazy to google... :D
Thanx..
Michale.....
Give us back our $100 Billion Israel. Fight your own battles and stop dragging America down with you.
You are not our friend, no matter how much you keep repeating it. In fact you are working directly against our own interests.
Racist, religious fundamentalist orthodox colonists are worse than the apartheid regime in South Africa.
Thanks for that,
ER, No, you don't get a refund. You got what you paid for.
A usually clear sighted and honest observer, Noam Chomsky, has pointed out that it is the U.S. that has absolutely ensured that there be no settlement for Israel's disputes in the Middle East by its repeated interventions in the peace process. Israel's disputes must remain the open wound in the body of the Ummah that allows the U.S. to control the region, and in particular its 'stupendous source of world control,' namely oil.
Disclosure: I fully support Israel's attemp[t to stop Hamas from trying to destroy the state of Israel. If you think this is not the casek, then tell us why their charter (available online) still states this as a goal. That said, the issue is the availability of photos, showing war from BOTH sides. Go here for many photos that are not to be found in the mainstream media:

Israel has and still are dishing out papers announcing that Gazan's should abandon there homes so that the army "Israeli" can bomb it! so some of them do leave their houses and shelter in schools, which they think that its safe, but obviously they keep forgetting who they are dealing with- to be short unmoral army with no respect to human rights- So they tell the world that Hamas soldiers are hiding there to justify the killing of the civilians that are sheltering in the school.
{{{{
It's a documented fact that A> Hamas uses schools and mosques as weapons storage areas and B> fires mortars from schools...
By doing so, Hamas is committing war crimes AND making those buildings legitimate military targets.
}}}}}}
What I don't understand, is why are you defending these crimes, when all the facts are obvious.. Why do you keep justifying the killings of children "which are about 30% of the casualties of the war", bombing mosques "which are a religious place were Muslims pry" (BTW: mosques to Muslim has the same meaning as Churches to Christians) also Hamas soldiers don't hide there, because they respect the holy places.. Unlike some other group..
{{{{
HAMAS DOES use mosques to hide in and hide their weapons in. This is documented. There are MANY videos of mosques being bombed and then you see massive secondary explosions. What do you think causes those secondary explosions???

Michale32086 - you run around these boards justifying every Israeli action in the most triumphal fashion. This latest post drips with glee at the deaths of innocent civilians.
{{{{{
By throwing around hysterical accusations like that at everyone you disagree with, you don't give your argument much of a chance to be taken seriously...
}}}}
The IDF had been informed by the UN that the schools were acting as shelters, therefore, they are shelters.
Article 48 " Basic rule
Parties shall at all times distinguish between the civilian population and combatants and accordingly shall direct their operations only against military objectives.
note the bit "only"
{{{{{
By firing mortars within the school, HAMAS made the school a legitimate military target. Hamas has a record of using UN buildings and schools in this manner...
}}}}}
Article 51 " Protection of the civilian population
Indiscriminate attacks are prohibited. Indiscriminate attacks are:
(a) Those which are not directed at a specific military objective;
(b) Those which employ a method or means of combat which cannot be directed at a specific military objective
note "b"
{{{{{{
By using the building from which to launch attacks, HAMAS has made those buildings a legitimate military target.
}}}}
So, by firing 120mm mortar rounds at a target they knew to be primarily innocent civillians, the IDF acted in direct contravention of the Geneva Covention.
{{{{
Wrong. The IDF were firing at a legitimately military target, as defined by the Geneva Conventions..
Michale.....
"By throwing around hysterical accusations like that at everyone you disagree with, you don't give your argument much of a chance to be taken seriously..."
Please disregard this comment. I misread what you had initially posted.
Michale.....
You just make this up as you go along don't you.
Article 52 is uneqivocal.
(b) Those which employ a method or means of combat which cannot be directed at a specific military objective
A Hamas mortar crew is a target, the civillians in the vicinity are not. If you wish to target Hamas you must not use a method that cannot be directed specifically at said mortar firers. Lobbing 4 of the largest possible mortar rounds in the general direction of the school constitutes an indiscrimnate attack.

this might help you rebeca a little bit,for current photos and live clips.

this is bad
This has all the clips from al jazeera updated daily

http://angryarab.blogspot.com/2009/01/picnic-of-blood-and-corpses.html
perhaps you did not get word. israel has censored all journalists - taken cameras from anyone entering gaza - and joined the ranks of other rogue nations - including burma and north korea in complete suppression of the press. this is a democracy we send billions of dollars to each year?
not al jazeera or al manar journalist or palestinian journalists who where already inside gaza before the war
It's Fallujah all over again. Wonder where they learned those tactics. It works, though. The US public never learned what happened in Fallujah. And they won't learn what happens in Gaza either.
Then again, when the US shot at ambulances in Fallujah, they were replicating Israel's standing policy. Schools, hospitals, homes, it's all fair game when you've decided that the Geneva Conventions don't apply to you.
Which self-respecting country shoots at ambulances?
countries that have lost soldiers when ambulances blow up in front of them
don't forget Hamas - they also censor the press...just to be fair!
We don't send $3B/yr to Hamas.
send picturesof gaza to your congresspeople and tell them if they don't wise up they will no longer be employed next time around
I wonder if any Gazans are taking pictures of Hamas militants shooting from behind the UN building and hospitals
How about Hams miltants blocking ambulances from leaving Gaza for Egypt.
How about someone taking videos of senior Hamas leaders huddling in the maternity ward of Gaza hospital hiding from Israelis.
This would be nice.
If Israel would let the press into Gaza, then the press could verify your claims.
MagisterLudi i see you are running around these boards posting meaningless contrarian posts.
As an obvious Israel supporter why don't you man up and contribute something like:
"I support Israel and Hamas is bad for using human shields. But even so, targeting a school, which we know is full of refugees, with artillery is a bit off"
Saying this won't make you an anti-semite.
http://majdah.maktoob.com/vb/majdah123097/
wake up lundi and smell the roses
I wonder what would happen if we applied Israel's way of fighting to American cities...A gunman is shooting from behind a building - so let's level the building.
Two gunman are hiding in a certain block - so let's drop a bomb on the block.
"Look out! He ran into a school, the coward - You'll understand if we blow up the school! We have no choice..."
We tried that in Philly in 1985 - and took out a whole neighborhood. Didn't play very well nationally.
When Georgia attacked South Ossetia,Bush and the media tried to protray Russia as the aggressor - but paradoxically said that Russia's RESPONSE was disproportionate. Why don't we hear this about Israel?
