It's Day 16 of Fearless Living Boot Camp!

Watch this two-minute Fearless Living Boot Camp video and discover the words you need to memorize for when you are finally ready to say, "Bye-bye, fear" while being polite at the same time.

Knowing you should be saying no to fear is waaaaay different from actually having the courage to spit those words out of your mouth, out loud, for all the world to hear.

Because when you decide, so boldly, to say no to fear keeping you stuck and stopped ever again, aside from the exhilaration you will feel, you might also feel the "How can I keep it up?" dread or the "What have I done?" worry or the "Who do I think I am?" insecurity.

Because that's how good fear is at keeping you stuck. It knows EXACTLY what to say to you to cause you to hesitate, to second-guess yourself, to stop you in your freedom-loving tracks.

Fear doesn't want you to do whatever you want, whenever you want to. It wants you to stay safe and it will use whatever means necessary -- especially words, feelings and thoughts that will make you break promises to yourself and cause you to doubt your ability to change your life.

DO NOT LISTEN.

The words you must memorize are the following: "No thank you, fear. This is my life. I got it." We all need acknowledgement right? So does fear. So tell it as clear as day: "NO THANK YOU." You can't be any more polite than that.

Saying "No thank you, fear" also lets fear know that YOU SEE IT and it can no longer TRICK YOU. Nope. Not you. You see fear trying to slip in as doubt and worry, procrastination and anxiety. And you will not listen. You will not act on its false concerns. IT IS YOUR LIFE. AND YOU KNOW WHAT TO DO.

You see, what saying no to fear is really about is having the deep willingness to trust yourself. I know it's scary to do if you haven't been listening to yourself in a while. Yet, practicing trusting yourself is necessary.

But before you can act on your own behalf and act from that place of trust, you must let fear know that YOU are the one who runs your life. Not fear. YOU.

Say NO to fear all day today. Feel the exhilaration of owning your life fully. Do not let fear trick you into thinking you aren't good enough. OH NO. You say, "NO THANK YOU, FEAR" loud and clear. And watch what happens.

It's time to get fearless and own it by saying, "No thank you, fear."
