Feel Better Fast: Fearless Living Boot Camp, Day 27 (VIDEO)

Sometimes you gotta get over your feelings to get on with your life. Here's a life-changing exercise that will help you get over it and get on with it.

Feelings. Whether we like it or not, admit it or not, THEY RUN OUR LIVES. I hate that. Yet, unless we know it, we can't do anything about it.

See, unless you are AWARE of how you feel, you can't choose something different. And choose something different you must. When your feelings aren't supporting where you want to go, you must be willing to put them aside and MOVE FORWARD.

Today is all about a word you may have heard, but may not know how to act on: intention. I'm going to tell you how to act on it, because unless you have an INTENTION, your life may feel like it's constantly going in one direction and then flitting around and going another. In fact, you may not feel like you have any control at all. This is exactly the reason you must become an expert at intention.

Intention matters. Intention is what you CHOOSE to focus on in any particular day. Think of having an intention as something more than just goal-setting -- because it is. Your intention must be the thing that drives your day.

Your intention for the day might be:
I will am willing to practice being healthy in all that I say and do.

Or it might be:
I am willing to practice loving myself in every situation.

Or it could be:
I am willing to be see a friendly universe.

Notice how I wrote my intention statements: "I am willing to...".

Your Boot Camp challenge for the day is: Claim what it is that you are willing to do.

Using intentions in this way will radically change your life. I know it. I've lived it. And I've seen it work for my clients over and over again.
