One Question for Lawrence O'Donnell

I'm enjoying seeing you keep the heat on Karl Rove and his lawyer, Robert Luskind, regarding Luskind's lawyerly language. But how do you account for, in which Luskind says flat-out that Rove wasn't the leaker?

Lawrence,

I'm enjoying seeing you keep the heat on Karl Rove and his lawyer, Robert Luskind, regarding Luskind's lawyerly language.

But how do you account for this Washington Post story, in which Luskind says flat-out that Rove wasn't the leaker?

According to Post reporter Carol D. Leonnig, Luskind said: "'Karl did nothing wrong. Karl didn't disclose Valerie Plame's identity to Mr. Cooper or anybody else.'" Luskin said the question remains unanswered: 'Who outed this woman? . . . It wasn't Karl.'"

I'm with you that lawyers twist words, but that sounds pretty definitive...either it wasn't Rove, or Luskind's going to have some quotes to answer for.
