Summer is here and whether you are packing your bags for a getaway or staying at the office, here are five books to add to your reading list this season.

There are endless numbers of books written on digital marketing, but the best I've seen hit the shelves recently is Marketing Zen founder Shama Hyder's Momentum which not only lays out her go-to tactics for social media, internet marketing and analytics, but also shows you how it all integrates together into a seamless campaign. If you're looking to sharpen up your internet marketing and social media chops this summer, this is the book for you.

Shama is best known as the best-selling author of her first hit book on social media marketing, The Zen of Social Media Marketing. She's the founder of award-winning digital marketing firm Marketing Zen Group. And she is also an international speaker and media personality who has been recognized by the Forbes 30 Under 30 and Inc 30 Under 30.

If you want to supercharge your productivity to reach peak performance, pick up Charles Duhigg's new book, Smarter Faster Better. Charles is the author of the massively successful best-seller, The Power of Habit, and his latest book is following in the former's footsteps. Smarter Faster Better keeps with Charles' style of using powerful, detailed stories to illustrate the inner-workings of some of the most effective and productive people alive and then show you how to apply it in your own life. This is the book that will help you deep dive into both principles and tactics for goal setting, focus, team work and more.

Although not a new book, Traction is a classic and a must-read for any entrepreneur who is serious about scaling a company. I consider Traction to be the bible on building systems and teams to make a company run efficiently. The book is extremely tactical and comes complete with worksheets to apply the concepts in your own company. No matter how organized your company is, everybody I know has found at least one or two significant improvements from reading this book. You'll learn a new and practical take on setting a vision, finding the right people and developing the right systems.

4. The 10X Rule - Grant Cardone

Grant Cardone is perhaps one of the most well-known motivational speakers and authors. He is a master at getting people fired up to achieve goals and transform their lives and The 10X Rule does not disappoint. This book is all about how to set large goals and do what is necessary to achieve them. Grant's writing style is very direct and straight to the point making this a very tactical read and not just about theory and concepts. Everything Grant teaches is very implementable in daily life and it's powerful.

Shark Tank star Daymond John's newest book, The Power of Broke, provides readers with powerful stories from many of today's most successful entrepreneurs about the wisdom they've learned both from failures and successes in running their businesses. You'll learn powerful lessons from a diverse group of entrepreneurs, including Rob Dyrdek, Tim Ferriss, Josh Peck and Loren Ridinger. The Power of Broke gives you a glimpse behind some of the most effective entrepreneurs in America and how they solve problems when the odds seem insurmountable.
