In the spirit of April Fools Tomfoolery, the UK's Worcester News reports on a "controversial new art installation" that's in the form of a massive welly. You know, those boots you wear when it's raining. The story reports that a large, 3-meter high sculpture in the shape of a welly was installed on Malvern Hills in an effort to attract tourists to the area. Alas, sadly no such massive welly exists. Yet.
