Bow to the Woman

Barack Obama: Bow to the woman, and take the vice presidency. Let our country heal. You will run in eight years and be unstoppable as a visionary world leader. You must pass through this filter first though: bow to the woman.

Otherwise it will be about your voting record and you do not want to live through that punishment, especially if you are innocent. Premiere Hillary represents the soul of the Democratic Party: the women who support her, Latinas, Latinos, 30 percent of the black voters, the blue collar worker, male and female, as just proven in Ohio, and the Baby Boomers...quit bitching and moaning and whining now! Be a man and take vice, bow to the woman who is the last vestige of the New Deal which represents universal health care. You can't win without the votes of the people who support Clinton. You do not have the working class vote; you do not have the majority on your side even with independents. The states you win are not swing states or even Democratic states. You are a spoiler and your campaign is alienating the Clinton vote. Many of Clinton's backers are turned off due to the shrillness of the attacks your campaign has let loose on your opponent.

You can't fight back dirtier than she can -- it will bury your message of hope and change. It obscures the message of the people in this party!

The people's message is: universal health care and no less, a raise in the minimum wage, green collar jobs, break energy dependence...(Barack supports nuclear energy companies instead). The women who hold up this party and are its majority want equal rights for the females that work for a living. Equality and no less. Attacking the female candidate as a monster will not work for you. Your strident leftist advisors are off the mark. The people are centrist, especially during a war.

Join or lose!!!! It will take both of you to end this war: the one who was wrong and the one who was right: the people want an end to war above all else! The Democratic Party is going to faction itself to death and lose to another old white man, Fuhrer McCain.

Lead us, Barack, show us how cooperation works, let's live the dream of Dr. King...blacks and whites, Christians and Jews, male and female left and right holding hands on the way to the Promised Land!!! Stop the Republicans by taking the vice presidency.

This post by Barr just makes me sick. Since it is filed under "entertainment" rather than politics, should we read it as satire?

I thought I was done with Roseanne when her crap show went off the air?!?

Deeply disappointed in you Roseanne. Clinton wants bows and that's exactly the kind of person who shouldn't get them, bullies with a sense of entitlement. And America shouldn't be about cleverly packaged and delivered ends, but free, transparent and participatory means. This is fascist creep.

DON'T SURRENDER BARACK!

Barack Obama hasn't been attacking Hillary the way she's attacked him. And I know why. You see, he knows that both African Americans and women have to recover from terrible abuse in order to achieve power. He knows how far he has come. 400 years of cruel, inhuman, despicable slavery. And here he stands before us, a model of integrity, compassion, and reason.

But he knows something else.

Women have been under the same oppression for much longer than that. In every culture around the world. What would it say about him if he ignored her pain? What would it say about him if he humiliated her in front of the world by ripping her apart (which he surely has the means and grounds to do). He knows that if 400 years is a lot of abuse to recover from, the millenia of abuse inflicted on women is still more.

Hillary Clinton is the wrong choice for President. She is not ready to be our model of integrity, compassion and reason. She is an ongoing victim of the abuse men in particular have inflicted upon her throughout her life. She never rejected those men, stopped being a victim. She soldiered on, gathering scars along the way. She is courageous, but no longer in any position to be a steward of our lives - she needs some major TLC, even if she would never ask for it.

Obama has transcended the historic abuse of his people. Of course, that is a remarkable journey. But to keep it in perspective, even if Hillary has not transcended, she has been fighting an historic abuse that is many times longer, and that has extended to more people. The key to the issue is, that someone acting out of their history of abuse is more likely to be abusive. And we have seen this in Hillary Clinton's campaign and in her life.

It is not abusive to say "no" to someone who has been abused. It would propagate the legacy of sexism to elect a leader who is the product of that abuse. The reason Barack Obama deserves our votes is because he has outpaced his peers of every race or gender in creating a post-abuse paradigm. The reason he has earned the love and respect of millions is because he represents that post-abuse paradigm. And the most important person to include in that paradigm, is one Hillary Rodham Clinton.

Unless that woman is a republican who has different ideas than you, then it's OK to demean and demoralize her. This site is full of the most horrible people I have ever encountered. Must be the anominity of the forum. You people are just as closed minded and judgemental as the worst of the conservatives.

Mmmm, actually, the most horrible people you could encounter are people on the any pro-Bush, pro-war bloggin site. Why? Because we are responsible--you, I, everyone on this site and everyone who pays taxes in the US--for the deaths of over 1,000,000 people. You think you're outraged because of some people in this digital domain? Think about those lost souls and their families.

Wake up to reality.

Go Bama.

Rosanne Barr is absolutely right. The more we get to know Obama the more he looks like another dirty Chicago style politician. Obama can never win in a general election because he is very easy to frame.

All Obama is doing is making sure a Democrat doesn't win. With so many questions about Rezko, Wright, Powers, Goolsbee, Michelle, Farakhan, and the American terrorists Obama is going to get dismantled in a general election. And the Republicans will make sure we remember only one thing about him, and that is his Muslim background.

That's just the way the Republicans play. Anyhow, Rosanne wrote the the truth. Kudos to her for being straight when others are being politically correct yet incorrect.

You could not be more wrong.

Everything you have listed about Obama is 100% BS, and its the best (or worst, depending on how you look at it) ammunition against him. That's it. While it might play for a few primary elections, it will not have nay effect on a national election. People are flocking to vote for Obama. Hillary, on the other hand, with all of her connections, is trailing at best. She has gone from inevitable candidate to runner-up, and has never regained her momentum. And all that while Obama has run a fair campaing against her.

If CLinton somehow steals the nomination from Obama, you will find Obama supporters flocking to McCain in droves. Then, when the GOP lets loose their "kitchen sink" against Hillary, we are stuck with 4 more years of GOP madness.

Some of you Obamamaniacs must simply be blind. Obama is a crook who runs away from press conferences when the questions get serious. He's a fluff candidate who can't talk beyond his con artist abilities.

Some of you still think he is the Messiah and the second coming of Jesus. You are going to be sad to see that Latinos, women, asians, and white men will band together to vote for McCain and your Messiah will be exposed for what he truly is, a dirty Chicago crook. I feel sorry for you. I hope you duck and cover during Rezko trials.

And yes, I was an Obama supporter until I saw his lies. He's a liar that acts like he is Mr. Clean. That is what bother me the most. He acts and cons us!!!! If you want a real change candidate then support Nader. Obama is a false creation of the entranced media.

Hillary has been senator since 2001. If the GOP wanted to unleash its kitchen sink against Hillary it would have done so already. Just look at Gov. Spitzer's demise. That was a glimpse of what the toughest GOP in the land will do to Obama very soon if he is the nominee. Let Spitzer's demise be a warning to liberal male democrats all over. We are not having it. Do not try to claim that Obama is a saint, because most men aren't and even MLK was tapped by the federal government and caught with his pants down. No disrespect to MLK, I love him, but it is true. Deal.

If Obama has more delegates, wins more states, gets the popular vote, and Clinton steals this nomination... John McCain is our next President make no doubts about it. The Reps. will destroy Clinton on the fact at how she played the game. Clinton is past the point of no return....its over. Even if she steals the nom. shes not winning. It would best for the party for her to take VP but she doesnt give a damn about the party....its about her.....pure and simple.

No one should be bowing to Hillary. Her campaign tactics have been disgusting to say the least, she is not what this country needs. She voted for Bush's war and will not admit she made a mistake and apologize for it. No accountability for her mistake at all, and praising John McCain over Obama is also disgusting. Same old tired politics and fear mongering. She has sunk to a new low. She will NOT unite or heal this country. Look what she's doing to the democratic party. This race is not even. She is LOOSING... Bow to Michelle Obama.

since when do we Americans bow to our elected leaders? Is this something new?

This is really getting ridiculous. Obama Has the delegate count, popular vote and most states won. Despite what the MSM keeps spouting he actually won Texas which should have been the signal for HRC to bow out.

This kind of garbage about Obama running as vice is a pathetic attempt to minimize his message. The fact is Obama will make a better president because his message, judgment and character are superior to HRC. Yes it is harder to hit the Clintons with any significant dirt because their sins of the past are so awful that anything that comes in now seems trivial (which the things she spouts about Barak are).

I am tired of the political machine pushing out the will of the people. There is no coincidence that the educated and involved people of this country support Obama. We should be very cautious about voting for anyone based on their race or gender. This is still the root of prejudice.

Obama is ready. He just needs the vigilance of his supporters to close this deal. He has already won this primary. Please don't let this election be stolen from the people again.

Anyone else find it a little odious that a black man is being asked to "bow" to a whiter woman?

Who was Monica bowing to?

Oops, was that below the belt?

Er, that didn't come out right either...

Never mind the voters have spoken.

Never mind that loser Hillary Clinton can only win 14 states. (14 states!! Ceding 36 states to McCain is suicide)

Never mind she is losing, behind, and can never catch up.

Bow to Whitey!

"Driving Miss Daisy"

"Aunt Jemima"

It appears that Hillary and her white friends think that minorities always are "sidekick" figures who are there to say "Yes, Ma'am!"

Newsflash: White woman says that minority second class citizens must "bow" to other white women!!

It was that, plus "30% of the black vote", and calling the guy who has never been behind in the entire race a spoiler... and so much more. I mean, this post DELIVERS THE GOODS.

Roseanne -

You say, "You can't fight back dirtier than she can". Are you implying that Clinton is the dirtiest candidate out there, and that's why we should vote for her? What a ringing endorsement. You may consider being dirty a virtue; I do not.
