Christopher Dodd Seems To Think He Speaks Spanish

I'm not sure why presidential candidates think the best way to appeal to Spanish-speaking voters is to mangle their language. Maybe some focus group somewhere thought that a really, really white guy trying to speak Spanish seemed presidential. If by "presidential" they meant "unintentionally hilarious," then I think they might be on to something.
