Photos taken at the National Equality March, Washington, D.C., October 11, 2009. I marched, and I post these photos, in memory of my friend Shane, who died in April. I hope things will change and future generations of gay people will be happier in their lives, with the same milestones, hopes and dreams that straight people have always enjoyed.

Bad trend, we don't want them to be entertained, we want them to be frightened!
Those signs are great, I'll have to remember them and use them.
A couple of other thoughts I'll plagiarize because I agree completely and can't think of a better way to say it:
-I try to look at both sides of all issues, but with gay rights I see no reason for opposition other than hate.
-It is the last form of legal discrimination.
Great Photos! Actually pretty moving to see something of this scale happening! Wish I could have been there today!
