Spring is (almost) in the air! To get in the mood, I quickly crafted these bloom-topped wine stoppers to dress up my bar for an upcoming springtime soiree. They take only a few minutes to create -- and if you can bunch paper in your hand, you have the skills to make these stoppers. So, grab some crepe-paper streamers left over from a celebration, a bit of ribbon and glue, and in just a few minutes you can create these beautiful embellishments for your bottles too.
