What'd you expect? He was in the reddest part of the reddest state in the south. Buckhead (where this joint is located) is so full of richass Repugs they can't even utter the word 'Liberal' without snarling it out. What I would have loved for Highsmith, or whatever his name is, to have asked this waitress if she was a citizen, much less if she was a registered Repug.
I would have also loved to have been there and when rudi stopped to shake my hand would have raised them up and suggested that he just 'move on'.
Sorry, DD, but I'm here to bring you video coverage, not to stand in as an ICE officer asking people for their papers. If you want to interrogate the nice waitress about her citizenship status, vote for Tancredo.
