Google (YouTube) Beats Viacom

June 24, 2010 - Today's most interesting stories in technology, media and entertainment:

Google (YouTube) Beats Viacom Suit: Viacom's three-year-old, $1 Billion lawsuit against YouTube hit a snag yesterday. No White iPhone 4 For You: If you are looking to buy a white iPhone 4 next week? Tough luck. Due to a manufacturing issue, Apple will not have the white iPhone 4 available until mid-July. I ordered mine in black, you know, black goes with everything.

Moto and Verizon are rolling out their latest attempt at an iPhone killer. Called the Droid X, the new Android-powered app phone will have flash, a huge touch screen and act as a WiFi hotspot. You can get yours on July 15th.
