Google's Nexus One is now available for sale online. The phone, which WSJ reviewer Walt Mossberg said iPhone users may want to switch to, is available to consumers online. Currently only available unlocked for $529, or on T-Mobile for the subsidized price of $179, the phone is set to hit Verizon this spring with a $300 subsidy with a two-year contract.

A slew of networks announced plans for 3D networks. ESPN, Discovery, Imax and Sony will bring 3D visuals to users, as more 3D enabled televisions are set to debut at CES. ESPN's 3D network will debut on June 11, the day the 2010 World Cup kicks off in South Africa.

As reports of its inept network grow, AT&T is trying to right its customers by upgrading its network. Yesterday the company completed a HSPA 7.2 update that will boost the effectiveness of its 3G network. However, only iPhone 3GS users in a handful of cities will be able to access the HSPA 7.2 network, which reportedly increases 3G speed twofold. Guess what? New York isn't one of them.
