I have noticed this time again, that young women, especially, seek to validate themselves via external sources, whether it is from their mother, boyfriend, or anyone else in between. The truth is our self-worth, happiness, fulfillment, and intrinsic power come from within us, and we should so own this!

This is a big one. Self-love and self-care are often underemphasized and somewhere, underappreciated on the path to becoming confident women.
