“@Tom -- Great article! Disney is definitely going through a food renaissance, but there's so much to learn before heading to the parks and resorts. With literally hundreds of restaurants, it's a lot like planning a trip to New York City, Chicago, or San Francisco -- lots of great cult classics, lots of great low-cost items, and some truly fantastic upscale eats.
@GraphicMatt -- Believe it or not, Disney food has gotten a lot better (if not less expensive ;-D) over the past 20+ years. There are James Beard Award winning chefs, great local and sustainable ingredient use, and even a restaurant that just received its 9th AAA 5-diamond award. I'm also a big fan of the "street food" a lot of the time; while it's not as healthy as what you'd eat at home, every once in a while you need a little decadence, and Disney delivers.”
