“Not sure i see a black or white thing here, but you are right that the majority of people on welfare are white southerners. The same people that tend to be staunchly Republican.
The irony is slowly killing me........”

“The race part is very low Key, but its there and its well calculated. It comes from the same Neo-Con GOP school of thought that projects "Barack Hussein Obama" out there, in an effort to some how scare people, or to connect Obama with Muslim extremist, or just Muslims in general. In this case the whole welfare thing is to connect Obama to the Stereotypical Black welfare queen who sits around and does nothing but collect a government check comprised of hard working middle American tax dollars. These racial tactics work well for the right and it lands even better because Obama is who he is.”
“Planned Parenthood does more than offer abortions. Most of these clinics would just stop doing them, but the bills are designed so that if the company does abortions than all clinics must have these surgical suites and such.
Bottom line is even if you are pro-life, 97% of PP's services are for poor women's general health care. In some places this is the only medical care they can get. I don't see clinics opening up that are abortion free that offer these services.”
“Huh? State employees have pension plans that they pay into. They pay into their health care plans too.
Oh, you're one of those people that also think the military should have private health insurance that is paid for out of their pockets, no retirement, and no benefits. Cause you know, we work for the government on your tax dollar.
Or you could grow up, stop the bullet point rants, and realize that the state runs no different than any other business that would pave your roads and manage your disaster response with the single exception that they abuse their employees far more than any private business could.”
“sure, to say i did my job and protected an innocent i would stand there. There comes a point where you have to ask what freedom is worth. I think its worth bleeding for every once in a while, others like yourself thinks its ok for others to bleed for it and surrender it every-time there's a scare (patriot act).
At this point we have killed more civilians than 9/11 did. We are now the terrorists. Just think on that........”

“I have thought on that; I think *this* President thinks *hard* on that as well every time he dispatches one of these things.
This President's approach is far more restrained than the approach of the previous President.
I think that if the President thought there was no credible evidence that a person is actively soliciting their minions to strap on explosives and blow themselves up in the name of Jihad, that the President will stop targeting them.”
“I can't say I'm a fan of formula, its the fast food of baby food, but when your old enough to start digesting solid foods (and feeding yourself), its time to ween. There is no longer any need to breast feed and the kid is not getting enough nutrients.
No idea on the mental issues that will follow, but since you don't see this behavior naturally, i have to assume the human animal shouldn't be doing it either.”
“Sad thing is that recovery is taking place at a sustainable pace. 1% a year reduction in unemployment is normal with a sustainable 2% growth in GDP.
Historically the GDP grows at 2% a year, when we get bubbles we see better employment, but that is not sustainable.
I'm not going to blame any President for slow job growth because they have no real control over it. The market will recover in time. Demand will slowly rise and supply will hire more to produce.
If we were not in so much debt we could stimulate the economy, but as it stands we are already dumping $1.2 trillion a year into the economy that doesn't actually exist. Maybe its time we look into where the government is spending that stimulus instead of asking for even more?”

“most of the Stim was in tax cuts, and those don't really produce a lot of growth”
“I know body builders that buy two seats because they're too big to fit in a single seat without invading someone else's space. She is fat, she should be courteous enough to say that to herself and buy two tickets, or at least ask.
“Actually they do. If the person poses a safety risk to other passengers then the airline can refuse service. This woman is too big to safely fit in the seat then she poses a danger to other passengers if there is a crash, etc.
I know body builders that need o get two seats because they're shoulders and arms are too big to fit in their own space. They don't complain, they are courteous enough to know this will happen and buy two seats ahead of time.
“It would if Obama wasn't on the same page as Romney in this case. As a Citizen (no politics needed) this disturbs me, and it has disturbed me ever since Bush, and even more so when Obama strengthened it under his watch.”

“Same here. All politics aside, this should be disturbing for any Freedom loving American.”
