“"did not get along well with her teammates and colleagues"
This is a well-known white code that many professional blacks know. It's been used for decades. It really means "we did everything to we could to antagonize and isolate this person and we are shocked that she/he didn't put up with it."
“I wonder sometimes- how people like Rand can honestly justify and convince themselves that the things they say are real. Do they have no fear of any eternal consequences- while touting their Christianity and Family Values?”
“Exactly. Racism is an extension or perpetuation of systemic and institutionalized racial subjugation of people. Mere prejudices (however hurtful they can be on a case by case basis) does not even begin to amount to the same thing.”
“I would never vote for her. If it's between her and someone else, I'd rather sit it out and have a clear conscious. I'm more than a little tired of center-right Democrats (which she is, make no mistake). I'm also tired of choosing between bad and worse. I'm ready for a progressive candidate.”

“Hillary Clinton is an old school Arkansas Republican who because to the rightward shift of American politics now finds herself in the Democratic party. You are correct. She is right of the Democratic center but only very slightly to the right of President Obama. If she is elected, you can be sure that Progressive politics (especially if it relates to Black Americans) in the Democratic party will stagnate at best, suffer at worst. Proceed with extreme caution. Fool me once.”

“A "real" progressive candidate cannot or very likely WILL NOT win. There are not enough people in this country that feel the way you do and actually "vote".”
