“Fanned. Well done. Dick Armey certainly does not represent my interests.”

“Thanks, back at ya. Armey loves pulling the Baggers strings.”
“I oppose the senate bill too, however I support ramming a Public Option through since that is what Americans thought they were voting for in 2008. That is what I voted for.
HR 676 is the 30 page bill that expands medicare to everyone in the country that would like to participate. That of course wasn't even allowed onto the floor or costed by the CBO.”

“See I was hoping for the closing of Guantanamo Bay and the repeal of that horrible Patriot Act. There's a real problem Obama is facing in that both libertarian leaning individuals and progressives had his back in 2008, but they're fairly split on this issue. I do get a little frustrated when people claim that every vote for Obama was a vote for health care reform. That's not true at all (not that you're saying that.) It's just very frustrating to read these comments and see that they are as empty of substance as the news media has been on these bills.”
“I disagree, if anything the State of Texas will make sure that the Tea Party has a glorified role in History.”

“As long as there are rich people and corporations who can hire people like Dick Armey to play upon the fears of under-informed angry/frightened people then this so-called grassroots movement will be with us in one form or another.”
“From Tenisha Idowu, Houston Coffee Party event organizer:
"Dale Robertson, Tea Party Found in Houston, Texas, attended our March 13th event. Having Dale attend the event was a step in a really good direction. Dale was civil, informative, and truly engaged in honest dialogue and exchange. We have his card and contact information and may be appearing on his radio show sometime in the future. I really look forward to us having more interactions and discussing more issues. "
Yes it is the one and only that has been reviled by left, right, progressive, conservative, republican and democrat. But apparently moderates have common ground with this man:
