Actually, it should be "...and 25 percent between 40 and 49."

In fact, gluten is not present in oats, but gluten can contaminate oats if processed by the same equiipment, or in the same physical location, that is used to process actual gluten-containing grains. It is easy to find gluten-free oat products, products processed in gluten-free environments.”
