“Never forget the one here in Louisa va. Not use to it on the east coast. I thought a helicopter was landing in the back yard. It's def a spooky thing to experience...the noise and the shaking...Those couple seconds turn into minutes it seems like.”
“Your can keep your NYC...
Sister bugs me every year to go up there with her to do some shopping and see the tree..And every year my response is...I need to clean my toilet. NYC is sketch...and not because of hoods/criminals...but because of there ideas on what's best for the people who live there. It's one big HOA that feels citizens don't know what's good for them and shouldn't what is good for them. You can have it...just don't expand it...”

“Fools...wonder if this was over a 3 dollar toaster?
"they were like a family and all, with a young child in a stroller"
Next generation of brawlers and violent people. Poor kids with parents like that.
I sometimes fear what the next generation will be like...or the generation after that....scary to think about...and I'm still trying to figure out why we feel bad for the recently passed vs the living..”
“Didn't buy one this year, but years past I'd pick up a new .22 or an old Mosin...nothing to expensive. Just fun inexpensive range plinkers. It is somewhat of a tradition for many Americans in America.”
“I have been to Iberostar Grand Hotel Paraiso, Playa Paraiso, Playa del Carmen, Mexico. I have also been to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. And I have to say....for your money... the Iberostar is THE best place you can go. It is absolutely amazing and the people there will break there back to help you. It is an AMAZING resort. Tons of things to due for the person looking to party and or the family on there vacation. They have a good mix of activities far to many to do in the week I was there. Here's my you tube video of our visit there if interested>>> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nYFVurz0mnc”
“This is true...it's seems the definition of a "good" job is headed backwards...There disappearing. My dad (right out of vietnam, no education) supported a family of 4 with 3 cars, a house every appliance you would need in a home and decent health benefits that covered the fam by stocking grocery store shelves at night. He was the only one who worked. A foreign company came in an bought the store...cut all the benefits....dropped pay to minimum wage and hired school kids.. Dad retired before all that... But I can't imagine you could do the same thing this day in age.”
“"It is for associates who have had some hardships come up," Like working at walmart? To be honest I'm even surprised there letting this happen. Must be hard working to make a living but working next to a bin where my next potential meal could come from...but yet again...working for a living? I'd be throwing my resume at every open job I could to find ...something better...but these days finding something better is hard...even with a degree or certificate of some sort. A lot different today then it was 10-12 years ago...and I don't see it getting any better and time soon...But I would expect better outside opportunists to come around before expecting walmart to treat there employees better...”

“Finding a "good" job doesn't necessarily mean you'll make a living wage anymore either. Corporations are constantly cutting salaries and slashing benefits these days.”

“In terms of age...What are you...10? You should just break it off with your other crush..I mean husband... and run away with this guy, make some mud pies in the backyard and call it official. Your 3rd grader might appreciate that...”
