“Pretty sure you can't hide behind "parody" when you're using the song to promote a product. Also, these toys are stupid. Make building toys girlie colors and you're actually limiting girls' imaginations. Seems that Lego has this covered. Let's hope the people behind this learn that and have to pay out their meager profits to the Beastie Boys.”
“They're DOLLS. Jesus, this is so stupid and it comes up every couple of months. Compare superhero toys to humans. Compare baby dolls to babies. Compare plush dogs to real dogs. It's a TOY. It isn't supposed to look like an actual person. Good lord.”

“They have compared super hero toys with humans ... the female one are much more distorted and unrealistic then the male ones.
Let me know when babies and dogs suffer from body image issues.”
“So he was held and raped for 18 hours for failing to completely stop at a stop sign. Let's hope he sues the department AND the officers themselves. When there is no PERSONAL responsibility, these cops don't mind when the city has to pay out for their crimes. We have to charge the officers or things will never change.”
“Well, considering almost every star now works to be cover featured on Out, and expresses extremely tolerant views of other people's sexuality, I think it only means what he says in the interview. You know how to read, don't you DMike?”
“Every day new attractions in the Florida freak show are trotted out on the front pages of websites and papers all across America, while New York seems to suffer from a much less exotic strain of street crime. I'd say that this means they have the advantage over The Sunshine State.
If I read a story about a twenty year old man and his eighty year old girlfriend conspiring to steal all of the contents of someone's septic tank for use in their hot tub, my mind would immediately go to Florida, not New York. That's what I'm talking about.”
there are children who actually need CPS to save and advocate for them. CPS doesn't need to waste it's time over a play time accident.
the parents were neither abusive or neglectful but please, let's tie up already strained social workers who are stretched thin with caseloads over something like horseplay. I'm sure the kids who's parents beat, starve or molest them can wait.”

“absolutely not. a horseplay mishap at best.
what? you mean to say that you or your parents were so perfect that no accidents ever came from horseplay?
take a chill pill and give me a break.”

“f&f banjo mike. nice to hear some common sense, and not an over the top reaction to have CPS remove the children from an obviously not abuse home over a horseplay mishap.
I was a klutz as a child, and I turned out just fine.”
heyheymymy on Sep 21, 2013 at 21:49:27
“yes, I'm sure CPS need to investigate this little mishap that happened during horseplay. it's not like they need to go out and spend their time on children who actually come from abusive homes and actually need another adult to save and advocate for them.
give me a break, your parents must have been perfect then....”

“I'm sure you will, go right ahead. it's okay, we'll wait.
I'm sure your parents have never misjudged anything or made any little slip ups while playing with you as a child, they must have been perfect parents.”
