“Glad this couple turned it around. So many folks in the bottomless pit of credit... Not many people are aware of debt management help that is available for them. Most companies offer a free consultation - they make their money on the back end of the deal (a commission) once they negotiated all the loans and credit card debt on your behalf. Time to cut up those credit cards and never use them again! Just keep one around in case you need to rent a car or emergency plane ticket, etc.
These big lending companies (credit cards) WANT you to pay the late fees and overcharges - that is where they make their most money because they can raise your interest rate after only little mishap on your part.”
“Those companies SELL all your data and get a pretty penny for it too. Email address and phone numbers can be sold, re-sold, and re-re-sold to all kinds of companies from newspaper subscriptions to internet services. If you left a detailed profile on a defunct start-up then it becomes "targeted" and can be sold for more money.
The last cash out... Nothing new really, in the yrs past it was junk mail and telesales. Now it's still telesales and email spamming, etc.”
“I knew LaGuerta would bite it - as in the book version of Dexter. Her character seemed to be going nowhere. In the real world though, the Cap'n of police would have called for backup (but alas, it's tv). This is the best show on TV hands down... the only show that has me glued to the screen without my mind wondering off. Can't wait til next season!!!!”

“she couldn't call for backup, she was under the radar -.- They would've informed Debra where Laguerta was heading, she couldn't risk that.”

“Good points J. Lee. Glad I stumbled upon this post and comments. Lot of scamming going on out there, learned a lot on this site http://sellgoldinnyc.net/ too. All gold is not equal, gold coins are worth more because of the currency value. And yes, NEVER ever go to a "gold party", they use rigged scales and it's mostly a con-game. Surely there are a few good ones out there, but it seems easy to fool people who are desperate for cash.”
“Great insights Ben, I do want to add that even after this recent Google update (last Sept 2012), things appear to be a mess to those who don't know what's going on. The real way to do SEO is to give the search engines what they want better than your competitors. It's simple really, relative high powered links that match your site and compliment each other. A tutorial on effective techniques can be found at http://omgmachinesbonus.com/. It's updated for any future algo changes and beyond. Trying to game or trick the big G will only get your websites in purgatory.”
