The problem is the media consolidation due to deregulation in the 80s and 90s led to owners placing the news divisions into the entertainment division forcing the news divisions to make money. We need to re-regulate the media turning the news division back into industry that supports the public good and not about making money for some big media corporation.

The who are you beneath the masks question has disturbed me greatly. If I remove or discard all the years of labels...I'm afraid of what lies beneath. Especially, the "what if" of there being nothing worth loving, saving, valuing there. This has truly upset me and how I think about myself, family and friends.
Therefore it must be good. I will attempt to meditate on my labels.”
