“These ignorant people dont know the history of there own country. Puerto Rico is part of the U.S. since 1898 and became citizen of the United States in 1917. My advised, go back to school!!”

“Do you really think the teachers bothered teaching them that in school? My daughter went to college and the her freshman class hadn't even read most of the books she had read in the sixth grade. It made for interesting conversations between me and her over the phone. Actually, she kept me in stitches through her whole freshman year over the ignorance of her fellow classmates. I live in GA, but before that we lived in Fl. and she went to Catholic School for 6 yrs. and took one year of IB school. It really rubbed off on her. Plus we lucked out an got in a really good district, and I insisted she take AP classes. But be that as it may, the conservative school she went to was full of kids that didn't know anything...they were the most sheltered children in the universe. I still can't figure out why my daughter picked that college.”

Marco Rubio: A Sinking Meteorite, Not a "Rising Star"

“Mr. Rubio wants to deny Hispanics, what he got when his parents came to U.S.A. The American dream!!!”

Emma2011 on Mar 8, 2012 at 07:24:21

“Marco "I've got mine" Rubio's parents were poor, low-skilled workers just like many other Latinos. Rubio's parents came here as economic refugees years before Castro came to power. Unlike other Latinos/immigrants, they were nethertheless allowed to immigrate to the USA because they were Cubans, not Mexican, Ecuadorians or Guatemalans. The callous Marco "I support attrition through enforcement" Rubio has absolutely no appeal outside the Cuban community and he will soon be a goner.”

“Marco Rubio voted against every bill that has to do with Mexican, Puerto Rican, Colombian etc. My advised to the GOP if you pick Mr. Rubio as VP there's a 90 % chance you going to loose the election.”
