“Not quite, however, many of the same precedents would still apply.
Hobby Lobby claims that by subsidizing the coverage of such things as contraception and abortion, that would make them party to it, violating their own religious beliefs.
SCOTUS is always loath to break from precedent that would strike down years of case law, though it has been done in the past.
But just as they are loath to break precedent, they are even more adverse to creating a new precedent that would open the door for chaos.
If the Court were to decide for Hobby Lobby in this case, then any religious organization or entity would be able to claim that their religion is violated by following any number of provisions under the Affordable Care Act.
Scientologists could refuse to pay for prescription drugs, as they are against the Church's beliefs.
Jews and Muslims could refuse to pay for medical research, as it is done under methods that are not kosher, and utilize pigs in research.
Fundamentalists could argue against the whole act itself, as some sects don't believe in medicine at all.
Even Scalia, Alito, and Thomas would be hard pressed to find a reasonable argument to side with Hobby Lobby in that case.
It doesn't stand a chance.”

“Not likely since Hobby Lobby is at a higher court, and this case regards a state anti discrimination law.”
“Won't the extreme right wing forces enrol anyone and everyone to corrupt this initiative; after all it is a War being waged against a President who was elected by the majority of the citizens and he is BLACK.
This was not part of the Plan...Romney was the anointed one.”

“So what if he is black?”

“Yup. It's clearly racism that is the reason why they can't get this website to work. MUHAha.”
“I know, I know. You guys do really need a Holiday. You have worked so very hard doing nothing and that can be tiring.
Not to worry, in 2014 you can have all the days off that you want, except when you spend time working for the KOCHS; they are slave drivers, especially for those who failed the KOCHS Agenda. Sorry you failed, but failed you did.
Names like Kantor, Boehner, McConnell will forever live in perpetuity for days (NOT) worked to Achieve Nothing, Nada, Zero.
