“What if they make a law that every Sunday, everyone must attend church services during worship hours and failure to show results in the local police department coming to your home arresting you and bringing you to church.”
“Carmen Ortiz is the main reason why the Tea Party exists in this society. If the Tea Party Republicans wants to target Obama on a major issue, investigate the Justice Department-Carmen Ortiz on the Aaron Schwartz prosecution.”

“The tea party really now how do they apply? There so much corruption there.”
“During the OJ Trial, I remember how Geraldo was passionately convicting OJ in the court of public opinion. Yet in the Trevon Martin case, he is giving the murder suspect George Zimmerman the benefit of the doubt.”

“I think you need some perspective on who controlled Geraldo during those time periods. In the late 1990's Geraldo worked for NBC and CNBC. In 2001 Geraldo began working for Fox "News". It is undeniable that Fox has an agenda and Geraldo hasn't been immune to it's poison. There is an effort to make Fox attempt to appear to be a "news" organization but the culture of its agenda has permeated every fiber that may have had any journalistic integrity.”
“Reviewing the trial and verdict- I strongly believe the prosecutors office and the police department in Orlando FL needs to be investigated on corruption charges. Here is why- Prosecutors went for murder 1/death penalty- no clear evidence suggesting it was an intentional premediated murder. If you believe she is responsible for her daughters death- It was accidential- manslaughter/negligent homicide. Too prove murder 1- Motive is necessary- Not wanting to be a mother is not a motive since her parents were the caretakers of her young daughter. Partying/Lying only proves she has anti social personality disorders not a murderer.
The Prosecution/Police/Media- failed to excerise its due diligence in this case- similar to 2002 vote on the Iraq War.”

“Casey Anthony was indicted by a grand jury on seven counts, including capital murder. In the case of Ex Parte United States, 287 U.S. 241, 250 (1932), the United States Supreme Court concluded that the finding of an indictment "conclusively determines the existence of probable cause."”

“She's an erasure killer. She's not the first woman to murder for the affections of a boyfriend. Tony didn't want Caylee around. He planned to persue a gig as a club promoter in NY. He didn't want Casey with a toddler in tow - and told her the relationship was going nowhere because of it. The pros. should have hammered this point as motive.”

“You need to review the evidence again and the jury instructions. You cannot put CA anywhere near the Iraq War.”

“Neal, her parents were NOT caretakers of the child. In an effort to make Casey a more responsbile person the parents told Casey that they would not babysit as much as they had been while she went out with friend. Casey removed the child from the house and moved in with the current boyfriend and a girl friend. No one ever saw Caylee again.”
“The blue collar voters decision to vote republican and casey anthony jurors decision to acquit has more to do with public distrust of government. in a normal situation a guilty verdict based on circumstacial evidence or a centrist democrat will get elected by these blue collar voters. the jurors are now relying on direct not circumstantial evidence. the jurors relate themselves to george and cindy anthony who have daughters like casey.”
“The analogy between blue collar Republican voters who vote for sleazy Republican politicians like Florida Governor Rick Scott and Casey Anthony jurors that let a child killer walk is on the point. The Orlando FL jurors are Blue collar Republicans that are pro law and order. less inclined to show any mercy to Casey Anthony who has a child out of wedlock at a very young age and likes to party instead of taking care of her child. However they let Casey Anthony off the hook because of prosecutorial arrogance. Prosecutors in that case could have avoided seeking first degree murder and death penalty indictment and instead charged with manslaughter. The jurors could have convicted on manslaughter. The blue collar Republicans could supported a fiscal conservative Democrat over a Pro corporation Republican.”

“Manslaughter WAS one of the charges they voted on....NG of course since their trailers were calling.
“It is an excellent analogy. Orlando voters/Casey Anthony jurors are blue collar Republicans who are fiscally conservative and pro law and order. They are people we expect not to vote for a Republican like Rick Scott. or show any mercy to Casey Anthony who had her child out of wedlock. However they elected Rick Scott governor of Florida and let Casey Anthony walk on a murder rap, which they could have convicted of manslaughter.”

“She wasn't charged with manslaughter. She was charged with 1st degree murder.
The state prosecutors were arrogant fools.
The jury is instructed repeatedly on what to look for and what questions need answering for 1st degree murder.
They could not convict "beyond a reasonable doubt".
There are too many doubts that should have brought an indictment for manslaughter.
This is OUR judicial system.
This happens far more than anyone thinks.”
“Casey Anthony case has convinced me that we first need to reform the District Attorney's office-take politics out of it. DA's office like the one in Orange Co FL overcharge defendants of crimes they are not guilty of or having tough time proving beyond a reasonable doubt in order to get the defendant to plead guilty to the charge they are guilty of or the harshest charge the DA's office can get a conviction of. The first degree/death penalty charge was to get her to plead to 2nd degree murder. A tough law and order DA would normal charged Casey with 2nd degree murder and plead her out to manslaughter. That would have been reasonable justice. but no they had to be arrogant. the public had to be ignorant.”

“That usually works for those that have to bear the burden of paying for their own legal defense. this is done for much smaller offenses too.. many don't even go to court, they take a lesser plea, plead guilty whether they are or not to save money they dont have to pay for their defense.. and the prosecutor gets his points for a guilty plea.. In this case the state ends up paying it all.. I hope that judge fines her the max on those minor guilty verdicts they did get.”
“The best thing about the Casey Anthony verdict is an uneducated women from a low/middle income background -who gets knocked up at a young age. is able to get off on a major felony charge in Florida which is a Conservative State and Orlando is a pretty right leaning area.”

“My vote for the best thing is this: that police and prosecutors and the Nancy Graceless types, in their rush to get a pound of flesh, started the endzone dance a few years too soon. And, they just didn't do their jobs. Not at all. And, the jury told them so, in the most direct terms possible.”
“For the people who are upset with the jury's decision to acquit. Lighten up.
The Bill O'Reillys, Nancy Graces, Steve Wilkos will invite her on their shows and do a live no holds bar interview. Asking her the tough questions.”
