“The only way to stop these comments on receipts is to ignore them. I only look at a receipt if i think something is wrong with my purchase or if i want to return something. Stop giving these insensative, self rightous jerks the attention they crave.”

“How dare you talk about these poor workers like that!! They deserve $15 per hour for their outstanding service to mankind!”
“you need to learn to read. The woman was given a c section and the baby taken from her . What right does any government have to do that to anyone? She had a panic attack take the baby!!!! BS everyone has panic attacks now and then that does not mean everyone is mentally disturbed!! and does not give any government the right to make a decision for you!!!”
“One of the riders was on wpix news this morning trying to justify the actions of the riders. He stated that the suv had hit a rider prior to the one jumping in front of his vehicle. Funny thing is he has 4 hours of video, but non of them show that incident! Regardless, it is a bike against a suv-maybe the driver didnt even know he hit the first bike (if he truly did) . These riders took justice into their own hands instead of calling 911 an reporting the plate number of the suv and letting it be handled the proper way.
I myself fell victim this past weekend up by West Point to a mob of riders doing basically the same thing. I believe if i hadnt turned into west point there would have been problems up the road.”
“There is an area on staten island that we are all told if you hit someone here dont stop just keep driving to the nearest police station. I am sure the man driving the suv felt he needed to get to a safe spot and then report the incident.
I myself was terrorized this past weekend upstate ny by a gang riding similar bikes. Seems to me they are just out looking for trouble. I was saved when i pulled into west point. Who knows what would have happened if i continued down the road.”

“You were lucky, these thug bikers don't believe in the rules of the road.”
“Motorbikes and reg bikes think they own the road. They are dead wrong. My husband and were driving to West Point his past weekend. We entered the base thru the back gate. For about 5 miles we had about 30 motorbikes following us along the twisting winding road. As we approached the gate we began to slow down. (keep in mind there are double yellow lines on this road) . I guess we were too slow for the bikers , 4 of the came up next to our car and started reving their engines then spun in front of us almost taking out our front end. They stopped 20 feet past the gate to west point. I hate to think what the rest of our trip would have been like if we continued on the same road.
I have no sympathy for this biker or any other who think they above he law!”
“The earth is going through it's natural cycles. As far as clearing land for housing and buisness; I agree it needs to stop. There are so many empty buildings around and empty cities for that matter. They should all be recycled and used for housing and business. We dont need new buildings!!”
KerFuFFler on Sep 28, 2013 at 15:22:18
“Nope, there is something NOT natural about the current changes taking place-----the rate of change is too fast. Thousands of scientists have studies this for decades and after studying the data have agreed that it is a serious problem. What evidence do you have to suggest that it is just natural? You may be quoting someone who is lying about this issue. Just the way cigarette companies paid some scientists to say smoking was safe, big energy companies are paying a handful of dishonest scientists to say that we are not causing warming. Those oil, coal and gas companies have a lot of money riding on this and will continue to support dishonest research that does not pass peer review.”
mircakes on Sep 28, 2013 at 15:15:48
“The earth is not going through its "natural cycles." Animals dying due to pollution from human beings is not a part of the "natural cycle." The fact that were are quickly exhausting the Earth's natural resources is not part of the "natural cycle."”
“She is a beautiful person inside and out. Well done and well deserved win!
The world needs to be color blind, there is good and bad in all races.
If we closed our eyes to color and taught the young to do the same what a wonderful world it could be. I do not judge a person till i get to know them. Let's face it we dont all get along due to personality conflicts; but that does not mean i hate the person.”
“Melt down waiting to happen? It is already started. I dont care how much money she has made in her life; her parents needed to be in control and were too busy making their own millions to care what this kid was up to!”
“The Bible does not teach its ok to kill your own son. What Bible are you reading? There is a parable in the Bible where the Lord tells Abraham to sacrafice his son, the Lord stops Abarahm before he actually kills him. It was a test of Abrahams love for the Lord. There is nowhere in the Bible saying its ok to kill anyone! Are you mixing up the Bible with the Koran?”

“The Bible that tells us to take our disobedient children to the gates of the city and stone them to death. That one. I am pretty sure it is not the Quran.”

“If "god" tested me by telling me to kill my kid, he'd getba fat middle finger and i'd get an F on the exam. Great guy... Great test. Sounds like someone i wanna spend life worshippin!”
firstamendment3 on Sep 16, 2013 at 14:10:09
“You really don't know the Bible. First, the story of Abraham is not a parable. Second, the Bible gives details on how to who to kill like witches and children who curse their parents. Third the whole New Testament is about God allowing his own son to be put to death.”
“Not one of these countries would ever come to our aide! As much as we "help" them they hate us. They would slit our throats in a flash. It is time we let them destroy themselves without any help from the outside. It is time we take care of our own problems, before some country does come in and take us over!”

“I agree 100%! And not worth spending one drop of our American blood or money for!”

“I agree what we have enough to worry about at home, and that this problem in Syria in particular and the Middle East in general should be settled by them, not us, especially considering how many factions there hate us, I differ on the issue of letting them destroy themselves. I pray they find some sanity and clarity and stop their own internal genocide, but the West does not need to assist in that issue.”
“I say just pull all Americans out of the middle east and let them blow themselves up.
We have far too many domestic problems to be worried about everyone else.
If you go into North Korea illiegally you are given 12 years hard labor.
If you go into Afghanastan illegally you are shot. If you come to America illegally you are given free health care , free education, free housing ect. While our own young adults live in debt to college tuition loans and cant even get a job in the field they chose to pay the bills.”

“You said a mouthful. Now, if we could only get some sense into our politicians. BOTH sides.”
“Special needs children are true angels. The parents who birth them are truly special people.
These angels were put in their care!
I take care of a young girl who has cebral palsy. She cannot walk or talk. You can see true happiness when you watch this child kneel up and dance to music! I love her as if she were my own grandchild.
Thank you Karla for showing the world just how great parents of these children are!”

“nowhere did this article say it was support groups. I am not an idiot i know support groups as i am myself a cancer survivor. Had my right kidney removed last oct.
It said office visits which is a huge difference.”
starchildjg24 on Aug 12, 2013 at 13:08:27
“Sorry, but the article does indeed mention support groups. Moreover, you cannot violate someone's rights when they agree to it, and in many such cases, request this.
If you think medical records are very private, go to your doctor's office and get a positive pregnancy test. You will be lucky to make it home before you get tons of snail mail and emails for baby products and pre-natal vitamins and maternity fashions. This has been true for many, many years. When I was diagnosed, I was flooded with ads for wheelchairs, scooters, medical beds, etc.”

“This is in directe violtation of the HIPAA laws. It needs to be stopped. Just one more form of cattle driving patients. Run from these practices as fast as you can.”
riognach on Aug 10, 2013 at 13:56:00
“No, it is not. HIPPA is not violated if you agree to participate in a joint appointment, because you are consenting to share your medical information in that instance. Know the laws before you post. And see my other responses above. These types of appointments have been going on for eyars. They are called "support groups", feature learning and monitoring, and are run by hospitals and specialist for diabetics, kidney patients, patients with heart and liver disease... N o one is having a private exam during these sessions. Most patients love them and look forward to coming to the meetings. They become a bonded group and encourage one another.”
